Terrible Customer Service!Pray that your bike never encounters a fault because if it does the aftersales department has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will refuse to honour the manufactures warranty. Please go elsewhere! Not only did they not ship my bike when they said they had (I had to complain for them even to acknowledge it wasn't shipped) but when the rear gear derailer failed within the first month of my purchase they refused to cover it.

avoid this company. got an ebike from them and agreed a 5 years rental term. very early on things started to go wrong but after 18 months bike became unrideable due to cheap and nasty parts"

Avoid at all costs. This company delivered a faulty and unsafe bike and refused to deal with the issue appropriately. Will escalate through my employers and also the ombudsman/trading standards.UPDATE: Though this company insisted there is no way I would be able to get my C2W scheme cancelled due to bike being unsafe, I still went through my employer and managed to get the contract cancelled. My advice to fellow C2W customers of this company; go through your employer.

Used this awful company for cycle to work scheme, terrible selection of bikes, extremely over priced, unable to select bike in person as distributed from somewhere in wales. Even though i spoke with customer services several times no body mentioned there is a fee for returning the bike used bike to see what it was like and then was told bike has to be unridden to be returned. Now I'm stuck with this p.o.s forever will avoid like the plague in future

I’ve ordered 2 bikes via the cycle to work scheme and both arrived broken and unusable. Their after sales team were a joke and we’re rude and insensitive to the issues. The first bike I ordered had a delivery note from the previous owner in the box. I was completely unaware someone had bought the bike and then returned it. The second bike wasn’t secured in the box so the back derailleur was attached to the back wheel it was so bent.

Awful. Bought a bike through cycle to work scheme. Bike arrived & delivery driver just dumped it in the garden. Multiple faults with the bike, local bike shop said the maintenance carried out by Cycle Solutions was shameful. Aftersales is awful.

Ordered a bike and arranged delivery. The bike was subsequently dropped by £300 in price. Contacted cycle solutions to carry out a price match which they did but resulted in them having to cancel original order and reordering (for an administrative amendment seems ott, more a pressure tactic to keep you signed up to original cost), this has led to a further 3 weeks delay in ordering process. I will now receive the bike mid November for an order originally placed on the 23rd September (this is an in stock item as were all items ordered)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMANY.It says next day dispatch it is NOT.They told me this is not accurate because it depends how busy they are… don’t advertise next day dispatch then.They would not accommodate me collecting it from wales when I wanted to come all the way from London to get it. I’m in a rush for my bike and they told me I’ve just got to wait for them to deliver it I can’t collect.I sent someone all the way to wales after being advised I may be able to collect and they told him no because they would only hand the bike over to me.They also posted it on a bank holiday weekend rather than allowing me to collect which delayed things a further 3 days and on top of that TNT haven’t delivered it on the day they promise.Customer services are much help they don’t give a care if you cancel your order or anything.

Please Please Please avoid this company at all costs.Bought brand new bike from them, which developed a fault. They are not interested at all in helping.
