ADT DOLPHIN TAXIS

It is very bad taxi . Because they are lie a lot . They set taxi will there 10 minutes. But I was waiting 1 hoursEverytime 6 minutes lie . And I was late for work . This company should be shut . They don't follow they own policy. I wouldn't even give 1 start .

Shocking company! Do not EVER use them for an airport taxi or any taxi for that matter. I learnt the hard and expensive way! I booked them to take me to and from Manchester Airport a few weeks ago - the driver they used did not know where he was going, we had to direct him and was the worst driver ever! Kept stalling his car whilst driving along, cutting across lanes as he wasn't listening and concentrating on the sat nav, cutting up cars due to this and then almost goes straight into the back of a car coming up to a roundabout. The return journey was just as bad, when you've just come off a 9 hour flight, you expect the taxi firm to be on time and also already have tracked your flight. Not this company - they arrive an hour late, the same driver who has no idea where he is going, is calling me to ask where to go and then has the cheek to say he tracked the flight! Not to mention the fact he almost killed us again on the way home due to coming up to a roundabout doing 70 without slowing down - I had to use my invisible brake and have my luggage thrown from the back seat. I complain to the company and they don't care - they said they are the agent so take legal advise yet this company is who we paid!! NEVER EVER USE THESE!!!!!

Shocking! I ordered a taxi the night before at 5pm for a 7.30am pick up for the next day for work. That morning I received a text around 7.10am saying taxi dispatched I went outside to wait for taxi around 7.30am no taxi! so I rang the office to be told it would take another 20-25 minutes because it was Sunday, If I was told this when I rang the night before I would have gone elsewhere for a taxi I will NEVER use the place again.

Always polite staff for us, we use these fairly regularly for our airport runs, nights out etc and never had a problem with them. Always willing to accommodate, fair charges and on time. Have even bought my hubby back safely on many of his drunken stupers!! I couldn't do their job!!

Great guys pick you up and drop you at the DOOR

Tried to order a taxi for a vulnerable patient, they hung up the phone just because I asked a question whether they took card payments, could have taken cash out but don’t want to give them the business now anyways! Good riddance

Taxis are always late. They lie and say they'll be 10 minutes and leave you waiting for 40-60 mins.You ring and ask what's happening and be told another lie that the driver is on way and will be 10 mins, after 10 mins pass and you ask again it's another 10 mins! Absolutely shocking service and company.

My car broke down and got a taxi within minutes which was amazing. The driver was friendly and happily drove me to the cash point when the payment link didn't work. It is pricey and don't expect help with bags etc but I would use again if needed.

I've used ADT dolphin taxis twice over the past 2 days whilst my cars been in for an M.O.T. I have to say both times, from booking to reaching my destination has been 5*. Drivers have picked me up within 5 minutes and got me to my destination promptly.
