Paul Read is a totally unscrupulous fraud. He lies about crucial planning issues and covers up when he's caught, he can't tell the truth or apologize. Our extension build has been a complete disaster, Paul Read in with the builder allowed our £90k extension be built sub standard. Paul Read never came out to do inspections as per his agreements and allowed the builder to submit new plans without our knowledge to cover up for the sub standard work. No wonder at all why he lost his contract with Cornwall county council.
