Very good experience and the attentive pharmacist helped a lot. A convenient pharmacy for my needs and it is so close by. Blood testing service is also super useful to have so close by. This is the the pharmacy I rely most on in the area and the pharmacist has always been so helpful to all my needs and questions.

I have been twice to collect an order but they are never open. I have tried calling but they never pick up. I have tried the online assist but noone responded to that either. My parcel is held hostage inside the chemist and I cannot get to it. Terrible terrible service will never deliver to here again.

Went in for a reassurance blood test , and he was really kind and booked me to come in and get tge blood test done straight away , and results came in really fast and he called me with the results. So happy to have this chemist on my door step and also very affordable prices thank u so much .

My mum put an order in yesterday the money was taken but no update has been given.Have no idea what is going on with her order as she has emailed them 3 times and heard nothing back which is a shame as we have used them before with no trouble.UPDATE: eventually got the issue sorted, politely and swiftly once I was able to get through.Not sure I’ll use them again though.

Fantastic phlebotomy service by Mohamed. He was so nice and helpful. It’s great to have this service in the neighborhood and not to have to commute to central London.

AVOID! Ordered some medication online but I was sent the wrong item. I have emailed them twice and had no reply, and their online ‘contact us’ system doesn’t work. How can a pharmacy send a patient the wrong medication and then not care enough to rectify it and just ignore your polite emails informing them of their error?!
