avoid this company, once buy something and if it damaged or faulty, you will never be able replace, repair or change, refund no way. They will fob you for months make new excuses but not resolve

Beautiful jewellery... unless you have to return it, then, the nightmare starts. Couldn't be more unhappy with their customer service. Extremely efficient answer when you want to buy, but when you want to return the item they stop answering emails. I have been waiting 20 days to return an item and still not heard from them. I want my money!!OUTRAGEOUS will never buy with them again. Disgusting!

Once again this review is about the after sales service, i bought a ring for my wife at £110 and when it arrived it was to big, so i pestered for very nearly the 30 days you have to return an item and at the last minuet i got a return slip, this was nearly 2 months ago, in good faith i bought the same ring again in the smaller size and to date i have not had my original money back. In the past year i have spent well over a thousand pounds with this company but it looks like i am going to have to write off the £110. I Will never spend another penny with this outfit. I would strongly advise anyone to be very careful about buying anything from them because if anything goes wrong at all they ignore you.

Very poor quality for the high price! I got a very expensive necklace which lost its color after some moths - that should not happen when you pay such a high price! Customer service did not even answer!

Just visited the London store and LOVED it! Beautiful jewellery, kind staff and a lovely atmosphere. Will 100% be visiting again. I’m hoping a store will open soon in Australia!

Would give 0 stars if possible. We purchased a watch, which broke within 2 weeks of having it. Customer service has been awful. We have had to pay for postage even though it’s their issue that the watch broke and now have been chasing for over a month for tracking information as we still haven’t received it and have been ignored. Terrible company. Would never buy from them again.

After placing my order of £3,000 and buying a £1200 new cabinet to display it in i was so exited.Rep came out to take photos of my shop and said yes we would love to supply you and welcome to the UNOde50 familyGot my conformation with photos of my order the very next day.10 days later I send an email with a short message regarding my order and with that i get a phone call.Sorry we will not supplying you as another shop who has more shops has placed a bigger order.20 years I have been in business and NEVER have i been treated like this.BE AWARE you will only be treat as a £ sign

Amazing jewellery collection with really unusual, unique & cool pieces. Well finished and high quality. Also I would like to say the staff members are amazing, always delivering the best customer service.

I bought a wrap around bracelet in February this year which has snapped. You can't get hold of anyone to talk to, and they are very reluctant to engage and replace or repair the bracelet.
