If i could give less stars i would. Staff are rude and the woman who usually works there’s seems like she hates people and hates her job too. Constantly looking down on people and has the worst customer service i could imagine. Manager has his days, other days when that lady isn’t there he’s nice and will have a little convo with customers and make you feel like it’s worth shopping there but when that lady is in he’s a different person. Refuses to help customers because ‘he’s on the phone’ which is highly unprofessional.The one star i have to give goes out to the lovely older lady with the blonde hair i think, who works there sometimes, i’ve never caught her name but she’s always so kind and happy to help if any help is needed.Overall the shop is awful and ran by money hungry individuals.
