We arrived early which may have caused some problems but we waited for a waiter for 20 minutes before I had to go up to the front desk to ask about our food to which they came 10 minutes later and wouldn’t even say it was very busy at the time. We got our food at a reasonable time however we did not get our drink before or even after the order so I had to remind them. After finishing our meal we waited another 15 minutes for someone to take our payment before I again had to go to the front desk. I’ve been to The Botanist before and they usually come to the table so the service was pretty disappointing unfortunately. The atmosphere was beautiful however and the food was pretty good.

Went for lunch and was super impressed. The staff were friendly and the food came out quickly, was incredibly tasty and a great range for vegans, and some unusual drinks options too. The general vibe and decor is gorgeous. Will be back!

What a wonderful evening we had on Saturday 23rd celebrating our daughters birthday. Our waitress Dani was exceptional ! her happy smiling face and service made sure everything was perfect. The food and atmosphere was spot on too. There was six of us in our party and everyone enjoyed the food and evening. It was our first visit to The Botanist Worcester and we will definitely be returning again. Thank you for a fantastic evening Dani we had a great time !

Had a great lunch there with a friend today, had a selection of the starters and a side for a bit of a mix. All of it was amazing and very well presented, and great quality. The service was great,The lady I have had serve me before, she is really good and the guy is super friendly, guessing he was the manager/team leader today. He was a laugh as well.

Booked for a table of 9 for my girlfriends graduation and we were so looked after! Thank you so much to management for giving us the best table in the house at the back with the view of the cathedral. Massively impressed and food was excellent!

Wow What an amazing place.... The decoration is breathtaking, the food is unbelievable and the service is excellent. Our server today was Bruna and she was extremely polite and went above and beyond. Thank you for this fantastic experience we shall definitely be back again to enjoy ♥️ xxx

We had a fantastic Sunday birthday lunch. The lamb in particular was delicious.The staff, especially Nico were very attentive and informative.The live music was also a nice touch and added to our overall enjoyment.The lady behind the bar appeared to be inundated with orders, perhaps another bar person would be helpful to speed up drinks service?

Very busy on a weekend, still have to wait a little bit even though we're booked. Once inside, service was great, friendly staff. The atmosphere was great especially with the band singing in the background. I ordered a pork belly kebab which taste great but some of my colleagues didn't like their pasta. Overall, highly recommended but be sure to booked ahead.

Had a booking today for 12.30. We knew we were 10 minutes early and the girls huddling round the booking system asked us to get a drink at the bar while they did a 'handover'. We got a drink and sat down at the bar. Nobody came back for us so I approached them again. It was 12.36. I told them it was my first time and didn't know the process and asked if we could order food. She looked at her watch and again, tried to explain about a 'handover'. We were eventually taken through and were given our menus. It was after 15 minutes the server came back, at which time she had taken a food order from a couple that were seated way after us. I was a little annoyed but let it go. The food came, it was lovely. We had starters and mains then the server asked if we wanted dessert. We decided against it but ordered a 3rd cocktail instead. They never arrived. After at least 20 minutes, we asked for the bill and cancelled the drinks.I appreciate it was busy but it wasn't a great experience for me and my husband. £74 at lunchtime should warrant a little more effort and attention. Sorry, I tried to offer another star but 3 is all this particular visit deserved.
