The manager at this branch is shocking has no respect for public at all very rude didn’t want to help with anything just stood there and told me to do it my self whilst having a big grin on his face when questioned about not helping got threatened to have my account closed if I don’t hurry up and leave all for asking a question it has been reported avoid using this branch

As long as you don't want to speak to an actual person this branch is great. Automated systems a-plenty. Want to speak to person? Long wait, no appointment system. Cashier always has long queue.

Walked in today tried to ask a question I said excuse me I have a small question and I got a snotty reply about her being busy didn't catch a name but she had ginger hair medium sized women very rude how she come across to tell me she should be looked into to see if this is her first complaint a Smile doesn't cost a penny such a shame

I have been waiting over 6 weeks for any kind of response from someone at this branch they do not communicate despite sending numerous messages. Last thing I want is to have to go visit this branchThey closed the Bromborough oneRubbish in every way possible dreadful service

Staff friendly .. but HSBC lack of counter service and now branches is making me move to another bank .. seem to assume everyone wants or can even do mobile banking .. rubbish

There are no cashiers, only one maybe two staff on, the cash in machine wouldn't accept new notes and damaged them when trying to enter. Absolutely dreadful machines and dreadful bank. Would advise against using them and especially this branch.

Dreadful bank, only has machines no cashiers. The one member of staff I saw was clearly embarrassed at me not being able to put money into my 1st direct account. He was very pleasent though

Shockingly poor level of service at this branch. Staff haven't a clue - not their fault but HSBC's. Took me an hour to pay cash in with a single malfunctioning pay in machine and a queue of irate people that I was obliged to manage myself.
