I have visited Chrisp Street Dental Centre several times for my treatments such as higiene with Katazina and Invisilign treatment with Dr. Tasnim. Every time I was treated very well. Also ladies in the reception were always welcoming me with a smile. Looking forward to coming back for further treatments!

Patient care comes first to this practice! Outstanding receptionists, both Inga and Gintare very professional and put my needs first. Once at the practice, all my needs were put first and achieved in a professional manner. Definitely recommend the practice for 5 star patient care.

My daughter was supposed to be referred to have braces done. When I called up the referral after waiting months and months. They said they hadn't received a referral from the dentist. Absolutely dispicable. Iv been trying to call all morning. The voicemail says their closed. But online their shown as open. Absolutely disgusting

Twice they made a mistake with my appointment and they really didn’t seem bothered about the mistake. Also the hygienist isn’t kind. I was in discomfort and pain when she was cleaning a sensitive area, and took a long time to offer pain medication. But she talked to me, like she was annoyed with me. I’ve finally given up and will use the hygienist at my own dentil practice. I only used this one, because it was easier to get too. The staff are okay, but just feel like they don’t care.

This dentist doesn't like treating NHS patients. Both adults and kids. Don't go there expecting thorough treatment if you don't pay their sky high private charges.

Called to ask if they would consider taking my 70 year old father as a new NHS patient. Instead of kindly rejecting the lady was so rude. Like I have asked the most horrible question or offensive question on earth. There are some people who genuinely need a slap and not out of violence but to slap some manners in them....
