Staff was very Rudely behaved with customers, when I was trying to pay with old £20 note he rejected my payment. Because of his manager told him not to accept any £20 notes when they don’t have legal notices in the shop.The staff was shout at the customer in a very bad words- in his language and in English- who was tried to help and explain to accept the money.My child got scare because of the staff behavior and the loudness.Poor management.Poor customer service.

Great except for when they decide to charge for chili sauce only on certain days and give it for free on others depending who’s working the register. Makes no sense, then they’ll lie about not having any when it’s sitting on the counter - especially the guy with the earrings. Foods amazing though

I’m surprised reading the other reviews! But clearly they don’t know their tastes buds! Chubby chicken have the most amazing service as well as the food! Especially the pizzas!

This place is priced high quality is very poor. Customer service very poor the guy doesn't understand English can't even speak it. Pizza hardly any filling and doug not cook. So much smoke of burnt oil not fan you could get very sick. I had spend more money on dry cleaning because of the smoke.

Dont think these reviews do the food justice. I had hot wings and chips and it was lovely. The wings are seasoned so well. Chips were lovely and crispy

Well this place won’t be hearing from me again. The chicken had a hair on it. The chicken was overcooked. However, the pizza was actually decent. This is the only reason why it’s getting 2 stars and not a 1. Obviously this a unhealthy restaurant but the chicken has little puddles of oil. The taste is 3.5/10 and that’s me being generous. Also, the chicken was old.

I have tried to reach them two days (this week and last week) minimum of 5 times for phone orders, unfortunately no one responses. World worst customer service and their food not quality tested.

Staff unable to contact the managers or owners. Signed up to the Toogoodtogo app. Staff unaware.Wasted journey. Better customer service would result in less dissapointed customers. If you've made an error it doesn't hurt to acknowledge it.
