Steve spares no effort in getting to the bottom of a problem and sorting it out. In fact, he should very probably charge a lot more for his time and rigorous attention to detail and, crucially, excellent results. He always keeps you informed of progress too, which is brilliant.

Steve has helped me understand my computer, how to improve how I use it and how to upgrade where needed. He has fixed issues that are mainly my fault, but he never makes me feel stupid ( I am stupid with computers).I highly recommend using Steve for your computer issues. He’s a really nice guy and knows his stuff.

Steve made a home visit was on time and started straight away trying to sort computer problem spent nearly an hour working on solution explaining the whole process very professional.Problem solved very reasonable pricing would recommend anytime thanks Steve.

I can't recommend Jackson Computer Solutions more. After nearly 3 yeas of trouble with my system and many experts, Steve, never gave up and, eventually solved the problem. It wasn't an obvious problem but he never gave up and his patience with me and the problem was impressive. He, also, has a wonderful way of explaining the workings of the internet and the computer maize in simple English. I am a very grateful customer and a very impressed one. Thank you, Steve

My HP laptop ran out of space on the C: drive SSD so I had to get a larger SSD. When I rang Steve he was friendly and reassuring with a quote that was very competitive. He fitted a new bigger SSD having cloned Windows 10 from the smaller SSD and the job was completed in a very short time. I would certainly use Steve Jackson again!

I have used Steve a couple of times now and on both occasions he has sorted the issues out very quickly. It is clear to see that Steve takes pride in what he does and that faults genuinely interest him. I believe it is that point that makes him as proficient as he is at dealing with issues. I consider myself capable of dealing with day to day issues but sometimes you have to ask for help with more challenging problems. Steve will always get my vote as the go to" person in these situations.Great work
