Scam company. Ordered £60 worth of boots which never arrived. Ignored my emails. Thing is, I know exactly where they are located so I'll be paying a visit if I don't get my refund. Also a quick call to the police.

Zero starsMy complaint follows a similar pattern to the previous people. They didn't have stock of what I ordered (even though they were quick to take payment). Eventually part of my order turned up and I was offered an alternative to the out of stock belt (cheaper item). I was promised a refund as :- Fri, Sep 13, 2:12 PMREFUND NEEDED Partial refund of £7.91 needed for price difference.I've yet to receive this.I don't understand how a company can operate like this?Update 2/1/20 :- despite emails requesting the refund I have yet to receive a penny.Update :- sent March 21st 2020Spring has now sprung. The corona virus has infected the world BUT you have yet to forward the promised Partial Refund of £7.91.Any chance before I apply for my pension?Update :- sent April 21st 2020A month later. Still no promised partial refund. 1 star is too generous. I wish I’d read the reviews before placing an order with this “company”. They’ll take your payment and all you’ll get from there on is a confirmation email. They don’t answer emails. They don’t answer calls. Hell, I bet they’ve never ACTUALLY sent out a single order. I truly feel sorry for anybody who has been in this position with this scam. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! I can’t stress this enough. Their stock photos may look cool, but you’re paying for nothing. I hope the owners are ashamed of themselves. Disgusting behaviour.

Traveled from far to get here as a birthday treat. Dissapointed as this place is shut and acording to their webside should be open. No advise notice on their front door, just locked shutters full of graffiti. Wasted a whole trip and cost to get here. Tried to ring their numer with no luck.Massive dissapointment. Do not bother going or shopping with them.

Don't use! Ordered a Christmas gift for my partner back in early Dec. Never received the item and couldn't get hold of anybody by phone, no answer by email except to confirm that they received payment.Essentially stole money from me and it seems hundreds of other people.

Scam company. I will contact Trading Standards about my outstanding order that's not been fulfilled. Meanwhile, be advised NOT to use this company's web site. You have been warned!

UPDATE - I have reported them through the Citizens Advice Bureau who in turn may pass this on to Trading Standards. If others do this too, perhaps we may get some response from the company with regards to our orders/refunds.Sadly we have also fallen sour of the scam website. We ordered a pair of boots. They took the money as others have said, but have not sent the goods, have not been in touch, and never seem to answer any of their communication channels (phone or email). This is not the way to run a small business. You scale-up as you are able to and don't take on more than you can cope with...

A complete scam. Ordered some custom weapons, replied to my mails until the payment was completed from the bank. Months have passed, they took the Money with them and i cannot even get refunded because of that.

DON'T USE THIS STORE!Ordered some items last year at the beginning of October. Items are still nowhere to be seen, tried contacting them and still no reply to my emails. Basically had my money stolen. Anyone who has had similar issues I encourage you to report them to trading standards. Nothing but thieves.
