The Retreat
I had two treatments done from here. LVL was fine, no issues whatsoever however from the same therapist I had eyebrow lamination done and it was a complete disaster. I felt she did not listen to what I wanted regarding the shape and shortly after leaving the salon some residue came away and my eyebrows are worse than when I went it. They are not staying in place at all and look messy. I'm also left with bruising and dry skin from the very harsh wax used. They did offer to see if they could salvage it but at this point I'd rather keep what I have than trust them again unfortunately. Service and price wasn't bad but would not go there again.

I’ve been coming here for regularly for BIAB nails, LVL and brows. All services are extremely well carried out and staff are both professional and friendly. Relaxing atmosphere and well priced.

Had my finger nails and toes done not long ago for the first time here and will never be going elsewhere! Was so happy with the friendliness of all the staff and the quality of the treatment! Everybody made me feel so welcome, so happy! I highly reccomend going and I will definitely be back! Special thanks to the girls who did my nails, was so happy with how they turned out and how they helped me to decide what to have without making me feel rushed or pressured!!

Been coming to the retreat for the last few months for BIAB nails and always love coming here, staff are so friendly and my nails every time are always amazing, highly recommend and a great place in Rochdale ☺️

Came here the other day for a massage with my mum as her birthday treat. Salon lovely inside and all the ladies very polite and friendly. Will definitely be coming back, can not fault them at all.

Had an amazing experience today with my friend. We booked full body sweedish and the express hydration facial. Was honestly the best experience I've had. Love this place. Hidden gem of rochdale!

This place is fantastic, I have been coming here about 15 years and they area ALWAYS amazing. The person who has put one star is obviously someone who is lying as the service is AMAZING, the girls are AMAZING and the service is AMAZING.PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE ignore the one star review as they do not know what they are talking about as The Retreat are ALWAYS professional, friendly and helpful.If I could give more than five stars I would; I have had various treatments here and they are all totally brilliant.

Charlotte is the absolute best at biab nails. Never been more happier with my nails with tthe way she does them, her service is absolutely amazing. Worth every single penny. Never dread leaving the shop anymore being upset because my nails aren’t done how I imagined them. She is so gentle and I look forward every time I have my nails done by her. Will keep going back to her.

The Retreat is a lovely relaxing haven in the centre of Rochdale. All the girls there are absolutely lovely, they can't do enough to make your visit feel special. I usually go for the amazing hot stone massage but last time I tried the steam pods as well which were fab, could have staying in there for hours. I would definitely recommend this beautiful salon to all my friends.

There is nowhere else I would trust for my beauty treatments as much as I do The Retreat. The girls are extremely talented, professional and friendly and the beautifully decorated salon makes for a great day of relaxation. There truly isn't anything the salon can't do for you, always doing what they can to accommodate their customers, going to great lengths to squeeze you in for last minute appointments. I couldn't recommend this salon enough! Give them a visit and you won't be disappointed!
