When using through a Showroom such as Sovereign Bathrooms Winchester on Chesil Street, this service is a dream to experience. The stone yard is amazing and the measure and installation service is smooth and efficient. Cant speak highly enough of the amazing stone and masonry on offer.

We have been using Stoneworx for many years and the always give excellent friendly and professional service.

Absolutely appalled by lack of customer service. Used Stone Worx on the recommendation of Figura kitchens Chiddingfold to install work surfaces which are lovely and there is a small problem. They promised to send someone to look at problem and confirmed, I arranged my day to be here and he didn't turn up - no courtesy email or call, next day exactly the same thing - no show and no contact.If you enjoy wasting two days waiting for someone to show up then this is the firm for you. AVOID at all costs if you want any snagging done - hope the work surfaces are better than the customer service.Even more patronising was the assumption that I could be in all afternoon to wait for this person not to show.Then un announced two very pleasant men turned up on my doorstep at 7pm (yes 7pm next day - 27 hours late), and seem to have cured the problem. Customer services hadn't given them any contact numbers for me on either day but clearly had the info as I have emails to prove.

Fantastic service from StoneWorxInitial informative visit to the showroom to decide what would work best for our needs.We had delays on the kitchen build but StoneWorx happily worked with us for new dates.Templates carried out and even suggested things we hadn’t thought of to make the finish look even better.Then within a week the guys came to install and did a superb job.All in all, super happy with the service from start to finish.This is the second time we have used StoneWorx and would not hesitate to recommend them.Great work.

wont come out to measure up in case i don't purchase from them.... says ' it's a waste of their time to measure if they don't win the project!if only we could all run a business and expect to succeed without doing any sales!! good luck.

I could not be happier with the service. The nicest most efficient and most professional people. Had the smoothest experience from the templating to the fitting. I will definitely use this company again. Love the selection of stones and they are great price and quality.
