From our first meeting with Matt it was obvious that he took his responsibilities seriously and was a dog lover! Matt is reliable, flexible and trustworthy. He goes the extra mile to ensure that he provides exceptional care and service. We love receiving regular updates (with a GPS link and pictures) to see what adventure our dog, Bugzy has been on. Bugzy has stranger danger, it takes him a long time to get used to people he doesn't know- but Matt invested a lot of time and effort into building a relationship and creating a bond with our dog.
