I ❤️ Ellees. First visit today with Michelle who gave me a beautiful cut and colour. It's always a bit daunting visiting a new hairdresser but Michelle was very understanding about my skin allergy, listened to what I wanted, offered helpful advice and was so lovely to chat to. Brilliant central location and a lovely bright salon. And the coffee was great! An excellent experience all round.

Never had a bad experience at this salon. A relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I’ve had experience with both Gareth and Katie styling my hair and I’ve always had an excellent service. Laura always makes you feel very welcome and is happy to help when you have any queries.

Had my hair done here for the first time today and I am SO happy with the result. I was nervous to try out somewhere new but Michelle and Lois made me feel so welcome, on top of providing an outstanding service. I highly recommend Ellee's and will certainly be back.

Amazing staff. Very friendly. Emz the stylist did an amazing job and made me feel very satisfied with the outcome. She did exactly what I wished for and I was finally happy to have a hair what I wanted for for years! I can just strongly recommend this salon. You won't regret!

The team gave me a courtesy call reminder for my appointment on the day which was especially helpful because they reminded me they had relocated since my last visit (I had actually forgotten).Emz and the team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while I was there. Emz is very good at what she does, I reccomend her instincts with colours and styles for hair as she has done my past few visits. She helped me mix two colours I was interested in for my half hair colour/balayage and it turned out exactly as I envisioned! I'm so pleased with the result, especially since I have very thick hair!The team are very friendly and attentive as they work together deliver such a smooth service every time I go. They fully deserve a 5 star review for service and value for money and I would reccomend them to everyone!

I just had my first experience with Ellee's this evening and I could not be happier. I made the booking fairly last minute and I appreciate the efforts they made to accommodate me.I have thick long hair and an overgrown undercut and was looking for a new style - shoulder length, able to tie up, and would work with the awkward growing-out undercut. Woody was tremendously skilled at her art and so pleasant to speak with. I am most pleased with the outcome.The prices are so reasonable too, I was surprised what it came to. Excellent value for the great work!

I've had 2 appointments here and they messed me around on both occasions. First one, the woman I specific booked was TOO BUSY to do my hair. Was given an alternative stylist who fortunately I liked and she cut my hair nicely, so I decided to let the annoying incident pass and booked in with the second stylist 8 weeks in advance. So, 8 weeks later, they sent me a TEXT reminder 2 days beforehand and then left a VOICE message at lunch time on the day, which I did not notice in time before I arrived, only to be told that stylist number 2 had gone on holiday and that NO-ONE was available to do my hair? I LIVE 35 MILES AWAY you morons! 70 mile round trip wasted & Appalling customer service. I will not be back.
