Having had to be rescued whilst on holiday, due to a hole in the car radiator, the staff and personnel at EMS went above and beyond the levels anyone could possibly expect in helping to get my car back on the road and rescue my holiday. Not only did they fit my car into their extremely busy schedule, they picked me up to collect the car as I had no means of transport. Their friendly, kind and thoughtful processing of my repair was outstanding and very good value for money. I would highly recommend them as a garage without hesitation.

Phoned Friday and they manage to get my car in next day for MOT. It failed on one thing, phoned them up for a price on Saturday late morning to fix agreed to the price and was fixed MOT and ready for pick up Monday afternoon. Can you really ask for anything more from a busy gargae? The price for the part labour and MOT was excellent. First time using and won't be scared to use again. Top blokes as well.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else - trustworthy and honest about what is actually needed. Went to a VW garage and was quoted thousands to repair my car - EMS fixed it for a fraction of the price and saved me a fortune! Car running again so huge thanks to them!! Couldn’t recommend them anymore!

I would not go to another garage.The most important issue I have found historically with mechanics is trust & honesty.These guys are polite, trustworthy and know there craft.They don't try to rip you off. Which no doubt everyone has experienced with mechanics at some point or other.The first time I went to EMS, I had issues with my car that failed an MOT in a different garage.They sorted out the issues and did not charge me.They dropped what they were doing to help.I returned my polo recently to get an MOT which initially failed, but they told me not to worry as they would get it through.I took it back for a re-test and they fixed the issues and my car past. Charging at a really reasonable fair amount. Working well into the evening past there normal hours.I went back the other day as there was a senor light on the dash. It was a loose wire. It did not take them long to find the fault. Because they found the fault in a short time, they did not charge me.Brillant, honest, hard workers.I won't go anywhere else.
