I wouldn’t even attempt to go at a weekend - the place is like a hectic yard sale.We returned during the week to exchange a jacket for a smaller size. It took over an hour to get the new jacket from a store room (apparently their store room is in the car park which sounds crazy). None of the staff seemed bothered or interested.Suggest the manager has a good walk around the store - some serious operational issues in this place!

Truly disappointing! My daughter really wanted to buy an Autmn coat for £50 for her upcoming trip to Amsterdam but she noticed a missing front button.The Supervisor she approached would not offer a discount to my daughter. She still refused despite me asking kindly xxx

Clothes are nice, if you are Twiggy! There was a sale on today so it took 40mins to get served with just 2 tills running. One fine person decided to return half a dozen items which didn't help matters.

It’s busy all the time. Have good quality of clothes at affordable prices; however the staff seem to be busy all the time. The store should work on opening all the tills/counters to the ease the queue. Merely find any staff at the store; let alone seeing them assist customers.

Love the clothing in this store but not happy with service. I waited 30 minutes in the returns queue with 2 staff serving on tills. The manager saw the queue and did nothing about it. The queue should have been better managed and customers informed to use self service or another floor as this till was for returns. We waited that long in queue my 14 year old daughter fainted and the Manager started justifying 2 staff on till before he checked on my daughter. Most of other staff where very kind and got water for my daughter. An amazing young girl who was also waiting in the queue went outside the store and bought a can of coke for my daughter as we thought her sugar levels where low. Thankyou to her she was fab. Zara need to manage questions better and put customers first priority.

asked staff for help and made to feel as though it's an inconvenience. Took ages to get served due to staff high fiving and hugging each other everytime someone started work. Plus why is it hotter than the sun in that place.

The store is big and has a good selection, but on Friday afternoon, a lot of people and only one cashier is working, you literally wait 1 hour at the till, the other till is for exchanges. In such a busy store and in a top location, it is really necessary to open more tills.

Normally amazing staff. Today I went to pick up a collect item.The compartment was empty. I pointed it out to the lady assisting and she acknowledged and then walked away.A queue then formed and again rather then assist she walked away and let everybody else go in front of me.Eventually I walked round the store and found a lovely young lady who spent 15 minutes trying to locate my order.Shamefully the member of staff was more mature who was at worst ignorant and at best rude. Such a shame as Zara are normally exceptional when it comes to customer service.Why don't you try a mystery shopper to see for yourself.Saturday 21st October 1040.

Love Zara. The queues today (Saturday 4th November) were horrific - almost out of the shop - self serve too. 7 tills and 3 staff. One doing returns. C’mon Zara it’s gonna get worse - get the staff and get the tills open!!!

Well today will be the first and lastLiverpool one a complete shambles we had to wait for 30 minutes to pay There was one person on the till and when I asked one of the several staff who were on the shop floor could they help they literally threw there arms up and said speak to the manager .A staff member offered to help wit the app payment but I declared I did not know what todo and neither did sheOn getting to the till I asked for a gift receipt as a gify of £100 to be told they don’t do them The member of staff was rude and totally unhelpful and rudeThen googled as to whether Zara issue gift recipesI appreciate that people may be on basic wage but manners and kindness go along way
