Very good funeral service. All staff very polite and helpful. The one thing I personally did not like was at the end the coffin was left on display. No curtains closing or coffin morning out of site. Apart from that was a very pleasant experience

We came here twice in two months for the cremation of my step mother and then my father. Both times the staff who attended were very kind and respectful. They did not intrude on our private ceremony and could not have been more flexible and accommodating to what we wanted. They just took all the stress out of the arrangements by saying Yes and helping us when asked. It's a bit out of the way but the drive through the countryside was actually important: it gave us time to reflect.

after 1 year, I decided to have a plaque in the memorial gardens, the staff, specifically clare were excellent, as I don't live in the uk, they made it easy for me to complete my mothers resting place.
