Called here to hopefully set up an IT contract for my business which is less than a mile away. Selected sales on the phone menu. The guy on the phone sounded tired and distracted. Once he had asked me the same question 4 times I kind of gave up and asked to speak to someone else.Then spoke to 'Pete' who was energetic but didn't seem to know anything about IT and had a couldn't care less attitude.I made an excuse and ended the call. Have now found a company who, although further away, actually really do care and we're really happy with them.There were paragraphs in this review but for some reason Google have deemed them unnecessary.
