Dean designed and fitted my bathroom. He managed all aspects of the complete refit. Utmost professionalism whilst still being approachable and friendly. Went over and above on numerous occasions to make sure I had the bathroom of my dreams. Dean is always prepared to put the hours in to get the job done, working late into the evening more than once. Couldn’t be happier with the work and recommend him to friends and family.

Really pleased with Safexe.Every part of the job was prompt and professional. Dean looked at my job and had the quote to me the same day. It was started on time and finished on time and on budget, we found the whole process easy, they even cleaned up after themselves!The job consisted of a new boiler, radiators and system upgrade, a gas fire serviced and renewal of mains stop-tap.Impossible to find fault hence a 5Star review nothing less would be fair. As well as the routine servicing on the boiler, Dean has bailed me out of a few DIY plumbing mishaps in the past, arriving quickly and getting the job done properly. Always does a good job for us and always first on our list when friends & relatives ask for the number of a good plumber.

I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however...I have used this company a few times over the past few years for servicing and the odd call out for my old boiler giving up. Recently we decided it was time for an update and had a whole new heating system installed, including underfloor heating and a new bathroom. I was dreading the disruption it would cause and can't say I looked forward to the process at all. Dean and his team changed all that. My worries turned to excitement as the new bathroom quickly took shape and the floor boards were going back down. I would highly recommend Safexe. Their quality of work and attention to detail is second to none. I couldn't be happier with the result.

These guys are great. They did some really fantastic work for me, installed a new boiler and central heating in no time, really neat job and no problems three years down the line.They're so good that I've recommended to my mates, Mum, Grandad (91 years old!) and everyone has been impressed by their work and prices.No job seemed too big or too small, they were neat and polite, and all at a surprisingly good price!

We have had safexe twice recently to get us out of trouble. One time to fix the shower and previously our boiler. These being pretty important he made the job a priority and did a very good job. Very polite, took shoes off before entering the house (without us asking) and have recommended him to others who have also commented on good workmanship, politeness and value.

Safexe visited within 24 hours of my old boiler breaking down and offered options on possible repairs and costs. After attempting an economical repair, we went for a complete new boiler which Dean fitted with a full system flush. Very friendly and professional, I would definitely recommend Safexe.

We had a tap that went faulty and was pouring hot water down the drain. Dean from Safexe arrived only a few minutes after I'd called and he stopped the water almost immediately. He ordered the replacement part and it was fitted less than a week later. The price was very reasonable. Excellent service and good communication throughout. Would definitely recommend Safexe and Dean.
