Went here today as my usual place was packed and I'll definitely be going back! The lady who did my nails listened to exactly what shape and length I wanted and kept showing me to make sure they were how I wanted them. Great selection of colours and everyone was super friendly. Will definitely be going back!

I went here as Modern Touch was busy & wish I’d never bothered. I was told to wait for twenty minutes, which for a Saturday, was great. The nail tech then let someone cut in front of me so I waited almost an hour & a half.I showed him a picture of what I wanted & asked him to be gentle with my hands as I have arthritis. He yanked my fingers every way possible, filed & drilled them so hard my nails burned & my cuticles bled. He cut the tips far too short but promised to ‘fix that...’ I don’t know how.I politely pointed out he’d missed filling the sides on three nails & he angrily huffed, ‘I KNOW’ then did nothing to fix it so you can see my real nails as if the tips were far too small. Awful paint job, rude as hell & now my fingertips are in agony. He didn’t even fill up to the cuticles so my fresh nails look like I’ve been wearing them for over a week, they look nothing like what I wanted, they’re short, stumpy & blunt.I’d never go back & I’m warning everyone else to avoid the place too.

LONG NAIL GIRLS AVOID!!!!!Went for infills today and got judged for having longer nails and received funny looks from the woman when I’d told her how long I want to keep them. I could tell that the woman and the man the seemed to be the manager was taking turns doing my nails while gossiping about my nails together. My cuticles had some blood on them when I left and are carved in very deep and have been sore all day and everytime I wash my hands. Although my friend had a lovely experience from a young man that was very gentle with her. ( please avoid the new woman with long hair as much as possible as she’s very judgemental, NOT gentle and will give you funny looks) also don’t really looks like she knows what she’s doing considering she spent 10 mins infilling my nails incorrectly so the man had to take over and do them correctly

Been going here for about 20 years they always are able to doany design I show them that I have found online and my nails always last well.

They did acrylic nails on me and my friends. My first set was normal French tip and they where no great. They looked bad and there was fluff stuck in the nails and the lady doing my nails kept getting up to go and spit into the sink which I thought was very gross. The second time they did my nails my nails where nice but they broke after 5 days and my friends nail had a bunch of fluff stuck in it and her nail also broke after having them for 3 days and she ended up getting them taken off. I had them take my nails of today and the person taking them off left me sitting in acetone for almost 20 minutes while going and doing other peoples nails so one of the other workers ended up finishing it off me and there is still acrylic left on my nails and my nails are absolutely ruined after it. I had dry acetone stuck all around my hand and I’m going to get my nails fixed at a different salon. Would not recommend.

They shape your nails nicely but the gel paint is terrible. My nails peeled and when I came to tell them I was just yelled at, I got the fingers redone and they peeled again. I came back to ask for a full refund, the man yelled again and then gave me less than half of my money back.

Very unhygenic! They use disposable files however they reuse them on different clients. I went for the first time to have my toe nails done, I noticed the file already had nail dust on which wasn't mine!!! The place was filthy. I also watched someone have a foot spa, the guy grated her hard skin of her feet after she soaked them, then he splashed the grater in her foot spa water and put them back in the draw for the next patient. No sterilisation or proper cleaning. Verruceas/athletes foot/fungal nails/ blood born viruses such as HIV are all types of infections that's can be transmitted from person to person because of such poor hygiene! Avoid for your own health!!!!

I normally get it done my nails from T.D nails bar the place was packed yesterday. So I saw this place when I was passing by I wanted to get it done my nails yesterday because of my Christmas do .I went to the place lady who talked to me she was really rude. She apologised every single customer for deay but not me.i was get really hurt and about to get out from the place. I'm not recommended this place atall anyone..

I have been their regular customer for sometime but recently their customer service and hygiene is just AWFUL. I went in for a spa pedicure and manicure.1.I was well aware of the price however the lady kept on asking if I was sure due the price as If I couldn’t afford it and instead of coming to me to ask she was shouting from where she was seated making everyone to stare at me for no reason.2. They recycle blades from callus removers, the lady used one on me instead of throwing it away she cleaned them and put them back in the drawer. So their hygiene is horrible.3. Their pricing differs from customer to customer even though they have a price list. For example two different customers doing the same thing but being charge different prices and not as if it’s part of the loyalty card scheme that they have.In conclusion this place is not hygienic, has a rubbish customer service and also I have recently noticed their finished jobs are not as neat as they used to be as they are rushing to do the next customers nails.

Disgusting customer service! Asked for infills of my gel extensions but started taking extensions off by just pulling them by damaging my own nails. He was supposed to be the manager but very bad customer service wonder why it wasn't busy ! Very rude would never recommend. Got told of I didn't like it go else where once he had ruined my nails. Now completely ruined my nails!
