I've been coming here for 6 months to get my facial laser hair removal and every time it's a wonderful experience. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very kind. I never have issues rearranging my appointments and they are very flexible. My skin has vastly improved since visiting this clinic and I couldn't be more thankful!

Took payment upfront, and appears to have shut down. Has not responded for a month , appalling customer service. I want my money back. Will be seeking legal advice.Someone seems to be responding to Google reviews but not direct messages or phone calls.Confused and feel robbed.

SKIN@Glasgow is a fabulous clinic! Lee is such a caring and friendly person yet so professional! You can tell that she is really passionate about her role and that is reflected in the beautiful and pristine clinic she maintains, with the utmost professionalism when administering treatments. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend others to go here if they would like to receive consistent VIP treatment!

why there's not any response from you,I called and messaged several times. it's the second times that you have disappeared. because of this bad customer service I haven't got expected result and I want my money back.

Went to my pre booked appointment last month that I had 2 reminders for and the shutter was down. Had no response since and sessions have been paid for upfront. Disgusting customer service. A business cannot be ran by one person, there should always be other staff should any emergencies occur. Customer service should be at the forefront of the business. Appalled.
