I worked with Mark recently on a 10 week program and lost a 1st 2lbs in weight. Mark is fun, energetic and always willing to help with any questions and also to push you that little bit harder to reach a goal.

My husband and I had Mark as our personal trainer for two years and between us we lost 3 1/2 stone. But due to circumstances we had to stop going. But he will keep you motivated through your journey to lose weight and get fit as he knows his business from young people to seniors

Wife started with Mark beginning of October and as of today, Mid November, lost 1 Stone 6 lb. Cannot recommend him highly enough, wife had done no exercise since she was 15, she's 57 now, he's very conscientious, patient and encouraging - but works you hard. In our opinion he is excellent value for money because the results speak for themselves.

I've been going to Mark for a few weeks now and whilst I still have a long way to go, I feel confident that Mark will get me there.I'm a naturally lazy person with exercise and will convince myself of any excuse to not do it - so knowing I've got Mark waiting to hear updates on my workout results gives me the push to actually do them. He checks up on me pretty much every day to see how I'm doing and if I need any help and I always come out of sessions with him happily tired! Because of these reasons I'm seeing results far quicker than I could ever achieve on my own.My confidence is growing thanks to Mark, I think part of being a PT turns into being a life coach! Marks training sessions are always challenging but he is extremely motivating and keeps each session varied. A great personal trainer who is helping me achieve my goals of losing weight and feeling more confident about myself. Would highly recommend Mark.

Been with one of Mark's keep-fit classes for 10+ years. He makes the classes fun while ensuring a good workout. Mark is friendly and knowledgeable as much about diet and nutrition as about fitness. Would recommend him very highly!

Mark has been my trainer for the last 6 months, he is professional and always there if you need help or an extra push to reach your next goal. So far I have lost nearly 4 stone and am fitter than I have ever been! If your looking for a personal trainer you should give Mark a try

I would highly recommend Mark Phillips. 5 years ago I lost 13lb in 8 weeks on Marks exercise programme. He listens to your needs and goals and keeps you motivated to achieve them. He is accessible and knowledgeable about diet and a healthy lifestyle, so it is not just all about what you do in the session.
