Avoid this seller. Not honest.I bought a car which had a timing chain issue and i agreed with him to sort it myself. I asked if the car has any other faults or issues and he said no everything else is fine and works. Car has been delivered to my property and when i tried to start the car the battery was dead. I jump started the car and i used a dedicated diagnostic tool to find out that the car has several other issues.High presure fuel pump fault.Inlet camshat dephaser(i knew about)Torbocharger air circuitDownstream oxygen sensorAC doesn't do cold at allThe car is supposed to have 3 months warranty and i was supposed to receive the details over email whoch never happened.Now he blocked my number also.I have proof of conversation and i have the picture of the faults.Avoid at all costs!!Update 09/04/2023You never sent the warranty documents as you mentioned over the phone and in the WhatsApp message. You lied about the fault this car had. You said the car had issues with the timing and i agreed on that only and i asked several times if there is anything else about the car.I had to replace :TurbochargerHigh pressure fuel pumpTiming chain kit (agreed on this)Electronic belt tensioner+ Other bits and piecesStop trying to excuse yourself. It's more than clear that you do this on a regular basis ( by the reviews you get). You lie and nothing more.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!!!LIAR'STHEIVESAGGRESSIVEselling cars to family's with dodgy MOT.The owner knowingly sold is a honda crv that was fully rotten underneath with tyre defects oil leaks to mention only a few issue's.As soon as I signed my vehicle over the owner sped off in it leaving me and my family with a young office boy. We only had issues with the stereo not working on the day.. It was only after having the vehicle safety checked at an indipendant garage that the serious faults were noted.We asked for our car to be brought back as the Honda was broken before we even drive away.... Which we were forced to do with no insurance or tax sorted out.I called up previously to inspect this vehicle but changed my mind on route to the Garage. I wish I hadn't changed my mind to go and re visit the dealer.This guy is a crook!!!Not registered on company's house although his website says he is!!!!. He was removed!!!!!!We did eventually get the car back to the scum bags however he held £195 of what he owed us until he revieved the log book ( he never put it in my name)..To this day he refuses to pay what's owed....Sold my family a dangerous car and still £195 of us!!!!.He will probably respond to this blaming everyone except him self.Typical dodgy dealer!!!You have be warned STAY WELL AWAY.

Avoid! Like others on here we never received a warranty by email of which was promised on the day of the sale and again after speaking with them. Why it isn't done at the time of sale I do not know, surely that is part of the sale paperwork, but we failed to question this assuming it would be done. I noticed a cut in the seatbelt a few days after purchase which we hadn't noticed, which I rang about, he was going to try to send one through the post. Yet again nothing sent. This should not have past the mot it has just had! Also we don't believe a service had just been carried out which they claimed it had just had. Now after failing an MOT with ourselves we don't feel a legitimate MOT had been issued. I wouldn't buy from again and I would advise you not too either.As I cannot answer your reply.In addition to my previous review and a reply.I gave my email at the time of purchase and again via text message it was definitely correct on the text(which I still have as proof that i sent him the correct email address). if you know you have sent it to the wrong email then I should have been contacted to be informed of this. If my information has been sent to somebody else this is another issue, GDPR!. Anyway like I said avoid unless you don't want your warranty or your personal information sent somewhere it shouldn't.

I went to Eccles hill motors and bought a Skoda superb estate and I can't praise them enough from the start to finish so helpful not pushing for a sale explained everything about the car and they delivered it within one hour. KHALID I would definitely recommend anyone to you to buy a car . once again thank you so much.

I purchased a car from this dealer on the 9th of October. On the day of purchase, it was explained that the warranty documents will be sent me later on. It was also explained that if there are any issues I could take the car to my local Halfords and repairs (apart from engine and gearbox) will be covered under warranty. However the warranty documents never arrived. A month after I purchased the car I noticed that the engine cooling fan kept running at full speed all the time. I phoned the owner and asked about the warranty documents. He kept saying yes he will send it tomorrow. Any excuse was good enough to delay sending me the warranty documents. The owner at times was extremely rude and aggressive over the phone and told me that I bought a high mileage car and there is no warranty cover for it. I have left it this long before writing a review as I wanted to give the company a chance to put things right. Unfortunately they never have. Eventually I took the car to a mechanic to diagnose the problem. It turns out that the repair cost for the fault is £800 plus Vat. Save your money avoid Eccleshill motors wakefield and buy elsewhere. It is clear they were not honest about their lack of warranty as this has been proven in the lack of after sales service and their inexistant warranty document (and I am not the only reviewer who has experienced this).

Avoid like the plague. What horrible unscrupulous crooks they are! We have tried to be fair and reasonable and do everything legitimately but regardless they will not adhere to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.Sick of receiving notifications on the part exchange car that we have informed DVLA about. Parking fines Tax notices, clearly the vehicle is being used.I suppose we will be seeing a name change very soon. Rude, bad mannered, and completely unethical in the way they work.And like that there's a response which is an absolute lie. Basically backing up my review!!! The part exchange car was that old and bad that whoever from your garage chose to drive it without any of the correct documents and was photographed in a hotel car park at 2 in the morning!! Images we still have. I gave a fair and honest review of a situation we found ourselves in. Take it as constructive and maybe change your approach to your business!

I bought a Citreon dispatch from these guys and gave my van in exchange. The Citreon dispatch is a brilliant van, they serviced it and gave me 4 months warranty. I am so happy with this van. And would recommend these guys all day long.

got my first car from this dealership so was very excited but the car wouldnt start the day after purchasing so I instantly had a bad feeling about my choice.... they did thankfully sort that and brought it back within the week but it did kinda flag in my mind that maybe the car wasn't serviced like they said it had been though....however i broke down a couple months later with a completely gone clutch which was quite scary. because im a new driver i didnt know what to feel for when i bought the car regarding a good clutch but I went to near by garage as i was far from home and they installed a new clutch and told me the car had alot more issues needed to be sorted out urgenty and that the clutch will have been on its way out for a while, something i maybe should have been told about before purchasing? so price could have been negotiated.after sorting that my gear box has just gone and my car is now just sat on my drive. i have tried to contact the owner more than once now about the warrenty that was promised or coming to collect the car himself to fix as im within 3 months of purchase but I've had no response.ive called the warranty company and they have nothing attached to the reg so ive had to spent alot of money fixing these issues from my own pocket which wasn't expected.very sad for a first experience with owning a car and feel a bit of a mug as I don't know much about this stuff so i guess im an easy target!but learnt to do better research now and get all warranty stuff checked in the future.obviously if I get a helpful response to this review or the warrenty is put in place or details given I will edit this but after reading the bad reviews from this place for past few months seems a bit hopeless and probably not gonna happen.

Car was brilliant for the price for the first day. Then EML light come on, inconsistent revs and stalling. Mini found it to have completely incorrect oil, old spark plugs all to have caused problems of course so now needs new catalytic converter. Air-conditioning was faulty. Breaks were fitted backwards! At first I thought it was just new pads needed but was in need of full discs and pads on front aswell as wear sensors front and back with rear discs and pads turning around and refurbing. Multiple other small issues on top of all of this. Hassle hassle hassle! Not worth the lies and stress from here regardless of what they say. Thousands of £ spent to get back to alright condition! Useless seller!Update 20/04/2023 after owner reply.I have proof from MINI and mini mechanics with a page full of faults that I had to fix. They were shocked that someone managed to force pads on incorrectly. 90k Old spark plugs from factory and incorrect oil found in the engine, shot rear shock absorbers, rear window washer pipe leak, vanos timing out (due to oil and spark plug issues) left front bearing needed replacing, the list goes on. Yet you claim it's a bogus review. You do this on a regular basis, never mind the fact you didn't have the vehicle log book upon purchase and I had to sort all documentation myself and prove I purchased the car all from myself. You should take these reviews and improve your business. I think registered Mini mechanics know what they're talking about in comparison to whoever you claim to use that does the jobs wrong.

I have just bought a Citroen DS3 from these guys the car is immaculate inside and out, these guys are great couldn't do more for me , went to have a look at the car Sunday morning and they have just delivered the car to my door this Wednesday evening ,won't go far wrong buying a car from here thanks again for a first class service.
