The staff here need there customer liaison skills much to be desired!Disgraceful towards me and having health issues myselfI have just rang them to speak with my fatherWhen my birthday was mentionedThe member of staff just said'You're dads asleep don't you think his dementia is the reason he forgot!Excuse me!!!!! Young lady the in proffesional 'ism she showed me was disgraceful! Have to report this as it's not the first time the staff here have been so kinda racist towards me been the daughter of a patientAnd having illnesses myselfThey need teaching not to judge other outsiders that visit that have major illnesses thereselves

Lovely care home with excellent attentive staff. Couldn't wish for better care for my mum. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. it's a pleasure to visit and today the staff had residents in the garden meeting visiting Shetland ponies.

Resident since mid February, Staff are all extremely helpful and have often gone out of there way to support me. Food excellent if it happens not to be something I fancy other options are available. Home is clean and tidy. Activities are every morning and all are encouraged to participate.Thanks for the time I have spent here up to now
