The Groomers Liverpool

2nd time we have took our cocker here. firstly I must say the cut is what we wanted. no qualms there. the main issue is I don't think it's very professional or a great buisness model to basically say the dogs not welcome back as she's too much hard work, isn't part of your job to settle the dog? or do they just want little perfect pooches to groom? as she's a very nervous dog she is always going to be on edge! It's not like am gonna say I'll never go here again as uve already told us u can't accommodate her as she needs too much attention. must be doing some great buisness to reject future clients. Good luck going fwd.

The girls are all lovely and clearly love animals, they know their breeds and the cuts but will always alter the cuts to suit you. My dog always loves going there and comes out so fresh and happy. The first pic is him before, the second after, always a great result.

I have taken my 1 year old Maltichon Teddie to The Groomers many times since they opened and he gets 5* service every time. He is usually nervous with adults, but not with these ladies, he loves them. He literally drags me to go inside. He now loves his grooms which is a great relief. Demi and Adele are amazing at what they do. They really look after and care for your dogs. I couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you ladies. I have recommended this place to everyone!

I was a bit apprehensive to come here as my previous experience at a groomers was not great, but the girls put my mind at ease, they knew all about the mannerisms that my type of dog has, one even had the same dog so I knew he would be looked after. They talked me through what it was I was looking to have done and if there was anything I should let them know of, they rang me to let me know he was ready to picked up and my god he looked amazing, he was so happy and he had the best time being pampered. I've found my new groomers! Thank you so much!

The ladies at the groomers did such an amazing job with my Biewer Terrier, he looked amazing and all the staff were lovely, would highly recommend them

After seeing The Groomers recommended a lot on a local Facebook group I popped into the shop this morning requesting an appointment for my 15 week old Spanish water dog. They were so accommodating and understanding how nervous my puppy is, and when I went to pick her up an hour after she looked like a different dog, a well needed bath and groom. The girls are so lovely and welcoming, and really did a good job, so much so my puppy didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back! Thanks girls x

My puppy had his first every puppy cut today and The Groomers did an amazing job! I can finally see his eyes now! The staff were very friendly and the little one was wagging his tail like crazy when he came out.
