Very pleasant three days in this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and our room was very clean.My only real concern was the decoration of the bar and restaurant, which I thought was rather dark being dark red and purple.The outside of the hotel looked lovely but I thought the interior was in need of an update .

Nice and clean reception area friendly staff. The room was clean but no towels when I got out shower. Room is warm and you can't control your own temperature, plus when I asked for a fan for the room they didn't do fans. No water in the room only the bathroom sink lol.

We stayed here for a few days as planned to visit the beaches in Norfolk but couldn’t decide which beach town to stay in so thought it best to stay in the city/ town centre and drive out when needed. Close to various amenities including a supermarket but we enjoyed the meals in the hotel and didn’t venture out for dinner. Gave a 4* because of customer service we received during breakfast. Also worth checking your booking includes a breakfast. Got surprised at the daily parking charge (didn’t know that was separate at booking). The views from the hotel are mainly to the football stadium.
