massive thank you to Darren and Kelly for helping me through my PIP ordeal. it took me 2-3 days of looking through companies to help win my PIP appeal and i narrowed it down to the best 1 or 2 in the UK and thankfully i chose the best 1 available (CLR) very helpful through this whole ordeal, HIGHLY RECOMMEND to any1 in the PIP process...and really happy for your services, thank you so much for helping me WIN my tribunal, also help me get an award that was more than i was expecting and reciveing a life changing amount of money l couldnt of done it without use , thank you so much owen

The help I have had from Darren & Kelly have been second to none. There is no way I would have won my PIP claim without their help. The fighting I have had to do with the DWP had totally wore me down and disillusioned me. Until I met Darren & Kelly when they renewed my belief in people. They are thoughtful, helpful and very good at their jobs. Would certainly recommend them to anyone else who is having difficulty with claiming benefits.Well done both of you.

Darren & the team have been nothing short of amazing when assisting my mum with her tribunal, words cannot express the gratitude we have for their services.Before getting in touch with CLR my mum was extremely stressed out and her anxiety was through the roof, but as soon as we got in contact with Darren it was quite clear we were liaising with a professional.Kelly was our first point of contact before we spoke with Darren. She ensured that the case was handled with urgency and allocated the relevant resources to make that happen.Darren uses his professional qualifications to help those that are the most vulnerable in society. He made sure my mum felt relaxed and explained things in a way which meant I didn’t have to break it down for her (99% of the time I usually do). Absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better result. Darren and Kelly have been brilliant throughout and made something that is stressful, stress free. Darren prepared me for my tribunal and in the end his submissions won the case and got a better award than I was expecting. I honestly can't thank Darren and Kelly enough for this. I cannot recommend Community Legal Representation (CLC) highly enough. For me Kelly and Darren were the light at the end of a very stressful long tunnel. My Daughter was continually breaking down in front of me. The thought of Appeals/Tribunals and Judges at my age was far too stressful to contemplate until we got in touch with CLR. Kelly and Darren worked very hard to relieve our stress which was very difficult at times but finally with their help we achieved a positive outcome.

I’m amazed at how shocking the service we received from CLR was!Contacted them regarding my partners PIP appeal and all was initially fine. Kelly told us not to fill in any paperwork we received while waiting for a tribunal pack but to send it to them if we received any. We got a pip renewal form mid Jan for return by mid feb (deadline 15th)It took me over a week to get any response from them regarding the completion of these forms and we were told to send it to them to complete. We did this and I know they received them as they were sent guaranteed delivery. All I asked was to be informed that they had been returned. A week prior to the deadline I began trying to contact both Darren and Kelly. Nothing worked. Texts, emails, calls with messages left with their call answering service, all was pointless as all were ignored. I finally had to call DWP to be told no forms had been received and had to literally BEG for an extension. No contact in any form was received from CLR. Nothing! They deliberately put my partners benefits at risk by simply not bothering! No contact, no apology, nothing! I finally had to sack them by text and seek legal advice to make sure they didn’t try and charge me for alleged work done! Breach of contract! These clowns are not regulated, Darren isn’t a practicing lawyer so is not regulated by the law society, the legal ombudsman nor anyone else so you have no comeback if they can’t be bothered to do their job! All I can say is DO NOT USE CLR.I finally got a response, after the deadline for my partners forms had passed that was very curt and borderline rude. No apologies, not even an excuse, just a text message stating “we have not responded to you and will not do so”I can’t stress enough…DO NOT USE CLR they are preying on vulnerable people, picking the best financial payout for them and just ignoring everyone else they claim to be helping!

I used CLR to help me get PIP for my partner. They are extremely helpful and informative and I am sure that because of their expertise in filling in the forms we have received the positive outcome for our claim that we were hoping for. Many thanks Darren and Kelly.
