I contacted Kemal at 12pm on 1st November, and he attended within 3 hours and completed a repair on a electromagnetic lock which had failed to open a main entrance door after 26 years of it working without fail. He was here for 20 minutes and had the spare part with him, and knew, without any information from me about the intercom, what the make of it was and precisely what was at fault. I would recommend him for all intercom work no matter how old it is and for carrying spare parts at short notice.

I have 3 CCTV cameras installed, and having had issues for months - tried calling, leaving messages, sending text messages and no reply at all. Not happy to be left with no answer and an installation that doesn't work.
