Good work done on the small chips to my bumper. So why the 1 star? Well, I needed to book my car in for a Friday, my only day off from work. The guy who gave me the estimate said they would only book me in if they didn't have other work on, saying if someone else came along they would take over my slot! So is my money not as good as someone else's? His attitude/tone of voice wasn't the best....and in my experience, others in their office came across cold and not welcoming at all. However, because of reviews I had read, I thought I give them my custom. Collected the car in the rain. I immediately noticed scuff marks on the back of the car. Opened the boot and noticed the bumper wasn't fitted properly- there was a larger gap between the bumper and back light, compared to the other side. Also noticed chips on the top of the bumper near the light. Brought this to their attention. They tried everything to get out of it and kept saying I don't know what to do". In relation to the damage/poor replacement of the bumper they asked us "will that be a problem for you"? Er.... yes as we have only had car 3 months

I took my car to this garage for repair, i was told it would take 2 weeks and it did 2weeks i had a phone call to say it was all done. Excellent service, very friendly staff and fantastic job

Amazing customer service! Wing mirror got taken off on way to work, picked up a replacement and went to Fix Auto early morning and they fitted it for me free of charge! I even got to work on time. Will be my first port of call if something else ever happens.
