Ambition Personal Training Studio

I booked 8 personal training sessions with Raul and enjoyed every single one! In total I lost 14lbs but gained so much confidence and knowledge along the way. Raul gave me nutritional advice in order to help me achieve my goals and to carry it on in every day life. He took time to listen and understand and always checked I was happy with the sessions he had planned. He was always on hand when needed and responded to messages quickly. I have since signed up to weekly group classes with Raul and I have so much more confidence to go in to a gym and use the equipment safely and effectively. Thanks Raul!

Small personal training fun!

Raul, trained me within a group of 4 when I worked in Lichfield. I found his training to be first class and my fitness was at it's peak at the time. He quietly pushes you and motivates you to achieve your personal goal. I would highly recommend him.
