The lady at the counter was very nice and assured me I bought the right thing, very welcoming and eased my anxiety of buying a toy. Highly recommend the jack rabbit!

As a trans woman I was extremely nervous, but they were absolutely amazing. They helped me out with sizing, the best style for me and even advising on hosiery that would be work appropriate. Will definitely be going back.

Very helpful staff. Good sale on. Nice and tidy.But... None of the toys seemed to have charge, and the interior isn't try most wheelchair/disabled friendly. More room needs to be given to enable disabled patrons ease to look at all the lingerie and clothing displays.

Don't understand giving 1 star without a reason. So will give 5 star. Seen as I found the staff very helpful. Well stocked for a small shop. It's a shame it isn't larger in here. But doesn't feel cramped. Some good items, and reasonable prices. Will be visiting again.... regularly

The staff is always so helpful when I shop there, the location isn’t as big as some other Ann summers but, they make do with the space they have. The shop is well stocked and they have always had what I see online in shop!

A bad representation of an Ann Summers shop.The staff didn't approach us at all, despite us going round the shop several times. The tills are in complete view of the fitting rooms, where I went to try on a product. Noone came over to check on us at all (I had my sister and her friend with me).You need to feel comfortable at a shop like this, and we didn't feel welcome at all.
