Wouldnt even give them 1 star!! They Said we needed a new circuit board for the boiler costing £350, had another company call out and fixed it within 15 mins as it was the trip switch. Total scam! Do not use!!!

Couldn't fault them at all. Made a special attempt to get my heating working for Christmas, soo grateful. Efficient and friendly. Would definitely use them in future and recommend them.

Engineer courteous and professional was servicing boiler. Answered any questions we needed to ask. We will use them again next year. Gave us a read out as proof of boiler efficiency.

Brilliant service by professional engineers who really know what they are doing. Had an issue with my boiler which British Gas had been unable to resolve. Two visits from these guys and job sorted. Thanks so much Sparrows.

This company is very difficult to contact. Phone constantly engaged. When you have a service agreement with them this is not very helpful. The Engineers, when you can get them out, are good.
