I couldn’t recommend Yassin’s services more highly. He installed our boiler a while back and has since been on hand to offer servicing, advice and assistance if ever we need it. He is incredibly efficient, professional, knowledgeable and generous with his time. We feel very lucky to have found him!

Great service in an emergency! - highly skilled, Yassin arrived with the correct part for my boiler and has very open and helpful presentation as he did the job quickly - with thorough testing - at the right price. I will use him again when I install a Hive/Nest remote system for the boiler.Update to this review 6 months later: today the boiler wasn't working and was displaying a fault message - after sending him a whatsapp image of the boiler display Yassin talked me through a reset procedure for the boiler over the phone that solved the problem - FREE OF CHARGE - and this wasn't easily researchable, it was professional expertise given freely!

Insanely good service. I could not recommend Yassin any higher. I called for a check up due to a boiler issue, I knew the boiler was on it’s last legs. Within 4 hours later my old boiler was out and new one fitted. Incredible and on top of that is was a totally sensible price. Full marks…

Yassin is great. Came on time , fixed our persisting problem and priced fairly . We used another local company before that charged three times as much for a shoddy service.

Hands down the best man you can find around town (have tried many over the last 12 years) !Has worked absolute miracles in what seemed like mission impossible when fitting in our new boiler when our old one found its peace in the middle of winter.Any issue, he will come help as soon as possible, will search diligently for the problem until the issue has been found, even late in the evening.Extremely friendly, reliable, professional and communicative - we will be relying on Yassine forever after. highly recommend!

Excellent service and would highly recommend. We had a circuit board issue and competitors could not send an engineer out for a further 5 days. Kew Gas managed to find a new circuit board and install it all within 3 hours of us calling. Very happy with the swift and successful response of the Kew Gas team
