A big thank you to Alex, who really did excel in customer service. Of all the firms I have used for a number of recent projects, this one really has been fantastically responsive. Great communication regarding the status of orders, helpful suggestions for substitutions when items were not available from manufacturers in my required timescales, altogether a gold medal service.
