Unimpressed. Waited for 50minutes to be served. Male shop attendant I could see was quite clearly having a natter with a mate (customer). Asked if he was free to serve me, feigned work and continued his social chats.

Let's face it, E E Western Road is basically a pump and dump shop.Went in in March, just wanted an E E Unlimited second SIMM card. Had researched everything, just wanted to sign and get the (virtual) SIMM. Ludicrous paperwork, took all day.Then disaster struck. My phone broke a couple of weeks ago. Went in to get a new one, thought that was tthe fastest way to get back on line, rather than wait for Amazon to deliver an unlocked phone.Switch and bait, run around, fear confusion and doubt. Eventually they got me to sign so that I would have two contracts instead of just one, when I realized that they were not cancelling one and replacing it with the new one I tried to unsign, two of them started doing a body English deal, bit ruff. Told me that I could not renage now, even twenty seconds after signing an abusive contract.Now this phone, a brand spanking new Google Pixel Pro 7, basically can't hold a charge more than a few minutes. Tried different chargers, all that sort of thing. Bought new chargers and cables. In wall vs. on laptop. Delete new apps. Everything they say, I have already tried, but tell them and say go ahead try it yourself. They repeatedly get it working for a few minutes and try to get rid of me (succeeding the first few times).Eventually after about 5 or 6 hours I start to feel weak and dizzy. I tell this pair of jokers, and they say they will wait a few minutes while I grab a snack next door. (Literally, grab pre-made sandwich and coke from the display in the Cafe Nero, and throw them my credit card as I start snarfing the sandwich. Much props to Cafe Nero, first they ask if they can call 999, then they take the card.Elapsed time maybe 120 secs. Back in store, the two guys are back in back". The young woman they have left in charge rushes off too

Fantastic experience all down to Pam who sorted all my issues out which had nothing to do with her store in the first place. I would definitely recommend this store in Brighton. Thank you so much for taking ownership of this proving ee has real assets in some of its very special staff.

I've been with EE many years and normally customer.service has been great. It's become more apparent to me now though that the team in the shop have their hands tied some what and can't access the information on the computers to give the same level of care as you can get by speaking to a rep on the phone

The customer advisor was really polite friendly & helpful. However due to the fact EE staff have to go through the process of getting as much money as possible out of you by getting you to sign up for tv as well as phone with EE, the whole process is laborious & takes hours!! I have to say considering how determined I was to negotiate a deal I considered fair, the young lady assistant I spoke to was very patient & helpful.

I came into the store and all the assistants were busy so I sat down. I waited 15 minutes and in this time, despite many of these assistants walking past me, I was not acknowledged. I also watched 5 different parties walk in, wait, and then leave. After 15 minutes, I suggested to my husband that he go to the 3 store around the corner. 5 minutes later he returned having been served and with what we needed. I asked to speak to the manager, Joe Watts, who I apologized to for interrupting him bring with a customer, and explained that he had not only lost my business, but that of the other 5 parties who had walked in. He said, putting his back to me and hand up, and I quote directly, I don't care

Staff was very rude and clearly had no customer service skills. We just wanted to come in to look at the offers, we were not interested in upgrading, but the person we spoke to would not listen. He said, and I quote, 'it's no water off my back' if we didn't buy anything. So we didn't.Congratulations, your sales rep just lost you a long-time customer.

Go see Jake. No hard sell, very patient, welcoming and helpful even when it’s not obvious you are going to buy anything. He first helped my 81 yo Mum with her pay as you go sim card a couple of months ago when she wanted to switch from 3 who were giving her the runaround. I was there today switching from Vodafone because I knew he’d help me out. Gave great advice on the phones - pros and cons. My husband was with me and has already made his decision to switch to ee as soon as hist contract is up because of Jake.

Went in to ask about an upgrade to a new handset. Asked the bearded member of staff a question and he completely lied to me about the price of a hand set and that the price was “the American price” , when I told him I actually knew he was lying and the price in on the apple website he became rude and didn’t offer me anything else as a customer, essentially telling me to go elsewhere.I’ve been with EE for many years and this has completely prompted me to change networks. I can’t believe in 2019 phone shop workers are still allowed to use “tactics” to rip people off!
