Highly recommend BRB for their professional approach, timely communications, and of course for growing my pension pot over the last 15 years…..

I can’t personally recommend this firm, over the last 2 years my pot has either stayed steady or fallen. When they failed to attend my annual review for a 2nd year in a row and I mentioned the possibility of moving the funds somewhere else, Neil immediately resigned as my financial advisor and refused to transfer the funds back. I am left with absolutely no idea how to access 6 figures of my savings. These guys really mean it when they say “BRB” because they’ll be off with your pension, one to avoid for sure. If I don’t receive the full refund within a week or so I will be reporting them to the financial ombudsman with recordings taken of my attempts to reach them, the harsh retaliation in writing from Neil as well as seeking legal recourse. To anyone thinking of trusting your hard earned savings with Neil, please think twice so you don’t end up in my position. I wish I trusted my gut, and am just thankful the majority of my portfolio is with a more reputable and professional wealth manager I have a friendly relationship with.
