Great service got my evisa for India done very fast and efficient Thank you

Very disappointed. Not professional.I initially went in for my son's OCI and everything went well. An appointment was made at one of the VFS in Manchester. Once we got there, they told us that the documents uploaded online for the application were not readable. Also, they're not in PDF format (they were literally just photos taken from a mobile phone and uploaded) so, they couldn’t go ahead with the application. At this point we tried everything we could being there but there's so much you could do through the phone.We decided to call Gateway Travel & Visas and requested if they could upload the documents in the correct manner since they were just photos taken from a mobile phone. Initially from the tone of the voice it didn't seem like he wanted to help but he told us that he will try and he can't do much and then he is going to switch off his phone because he had an appointment. So, we sent him the documents again thinking that he would upload it in the correct format. Unfortunately, not. He uploaded 1 document twice and the rest was just a disaster. We tried to call again but we were left hanging in the middle of a mess. However, we were lucky enough to get an appointment at the Leicester VFS the week after. We were thankful to them but left in disappointment and what a waste of journey (from Leicester to Manchester)We paid for the service offered by Gateway Travel & Visas and got no help in return.At the end I had no option but to get help from another travel and visa agency at the last minute. And, honestly it was the best decision since my application went through without any problems.I honestly urge Gateway Travel & Visas to do their job in a professional manner. I was left disappointed from this service and after I paid him his fee. It's like he didn't want to know you anymore! I was very very very upset.And, potential customers please please please check your documents online yourself before you visit the VFS Centre otherwise, you won't get much help from here especially in times of need. And, the reason to why I'm saying that is because I didn't check my documents online thinking Gateway Travel & Visas knew what they were doing but when I got the chance to view them they were a joke.

Gateway travel sorted out my family's visas to India - we tried to apply for visas on our own but the whole system had crashed - gateway sorted us out in a couple of hours - very good service would definitely use again.

My wife went down for an oci after struggling online with the photo and they were helpful. It cost around £35.

Unhelpful and abrupt on phone.
