Recently used MCM to pursue a claim for a non fault damage collision to my Hyundai 130 Tourer Car against a Third party. Claim dealt with professionally, courteously and expediently by friendly competent staff with minimum of fuss. It was a pleasure to deal with all staff involved and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other vehicle owners who may be unfortunate to have to make a similar claim in the future.

Having had the side of my van smashed in by another vehicle, I got it in contact with my insurance broker Alexander Swan who then started to sort out the process of getting my van repaired. Motor claims network were absolutely brilliant at handling everything after my husbands car accident. Everyone we spoke to was amazing, but especially kayte who was so reassuring through the whole process. We initially found the aftermath of the non fault accident very stressful and overwhelming but mcn explained everything, got the ball rolling quickly, and made everything seem much simpler. Everything was handled quickly and we got responses quickly via email and on the phone. If I am ever in an accident I will be using motor claims network without a shadow of a doubt. I have used Motor Claims Network a few times over the years. They take the stress away. Both times someone drove into me and damaged my car, Motor claims arranged repairs / hire car and liaised with the insurance companies, all I had to worry about was my car being collected for repair and hire car being delivered. My claim for damage repair was made very difficult by the micky mouse insurers for the other party, despite video evidence. Motor Claims Network Ltd. were exceptionally good at rectifying the matter. The operative appointed, Jan deserves much praise.I strongly recommend insurers who acted on my behalf for a perfect outcome. I would also strongly recommend that all drivers have front and rear dashcams fitted to their vehicles.
