Very bad experience on service , had heard about this salon thought I’ll give it a try, I don’t know all hair stylists, but avoid going to Lois! Just out of training and doesn’t do the job well and their customer service is very bad, she gave one price on the phone changers another when there (would be okay if work was done correct) and bad work, when telling them the work was not done well but I still wanted to go to another stylist there they say “based on your communications our salon is not for you and she is a fully qualified stylist” !! Amazing!Qualified but zero experience maybe?

Possibly the worst hair experience of my life here, avoid at all costs. They fully sent me home with the worst hair colour in the worst condition, told me to come in next week to “fix it”. So I left and then a few days before the appointment next week they call to tell me the hair dresser has “covid” and is therefore unavailable to rebook the appointment to fix the mess she made of my hair… walked by the salon next day and the same lady was working… absolutely insane way to treat customers.

I called into Kiinks yesterday to ask for some advice on a hair product they stock - while there I mentioned that I had tried to book in before an event the following day. Hayley offered me a consultation there and then even though the salon was very busy. After a very helpful & friendly chat Hayley mentioned that they'd had a cancellation and they could fit me in if I'd like. So a few hours later I left the salon with a gorgeous colour and cut. Jaime listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered - and Lauren cut my hair to perfection and even steered me gently away from a fringe (thank you Lauren!). Such a gorgeous and friendly salon with exceptionally talented hairdressers. Thank you to Kiinks! x

Been coming here for a few years for regular cut and colour, and always leave really happy. They manage my naturally curly hair really well, especially doing cuts that suit it when I wear it both curly and straight. Highly recommended

I absolutely love this place!!! Had Lois for a blowout and it’s the best I have ever had!! It’s lasted a few days!!! This has never happened before! Such a comfortable salon girls are so friendly and nice!! Highly recommend!!!

I'm so disappointed with the results of my appointment. I came in for a curly blow - stylists bread and butter - for my graduation and honestly I am heartbroken that my hair looks so flat and lifeless in my graduation pictures. It hurt when she was doing it, pulling at my hair and knotting it in brushes, it didn't work properly so the stylist had to go over it and curl it with straightners and it lasted all of about 2 minutes before the curls fell out. I have naturally curly hair, I just wanted them a bit more styled and the fact people were asking if I had my hair straightened really just made me disappointed that I'd spent so much money for nothing. Second star only because the girls were nice and polite but I will not be coming again and unfortunately I can't recommend.

Jaime was absolutely fantastic. I was fitted in with less than 24 hours notice, and she did an amazing job. My hair turned out exactly as I wanted it. Will definitely be a return customer
