I'm discusted how they can disrespect peoples cars.I have used this garage for 14 years and always recommend them to friends and family I've put so much work there way as I've always trusted them.Well all I can say is that I'm discusted and mortified now.My car isn't pristine condition and does have marks but since this garage having it for 2 days it's been trashed.Scratched , dented and scuffs while in there careMy drivers side back light has had a bump where is cracked and pushed in with yellow paint over it.Bottom of the back bumper scuffed and back drivers side door dented and scraped with white and yellow paint.Very deep scratch on drivers door handle and also scratches where it looks like they have hit my door off a wall.Also loads of white dots all over the side of the car and all over the windows.Also no commication as they done more work which they didn't even notify me needed doing.Also constantly chasing them when would my car be finished.Then left my car with the back door open over the road I will never recommend or give them work again in the future.They have lost a very good customer and my respect.Please be aware and go elsewhere pay the extra if needed.Utter scum

People very friendly and helpful. Went to get by battery changed..... was fitted quickly......... Also fitted new front light and front screen wipers......... . Would definitely recommend Auto parts, not expensive very satisfied with level of service...............

We went to this garage, as they were cheap; but NOT in the long run.Took a car in as the horn had stopped working, or rather intermitent. After paying them £70, for them to say the relay was faulty ( to find out later, it was actually the horn; to the cost of £114 )Took the same car their working and had to get it towed from there, to a proper garage; as they could not get it to work. Cost us around £500 ( Still don't know what they did to it ?Took our sprinter, to check brakes and have an MOT advisory done on the steering.Came back squeeking, when braking and warning light had now came back on !!Just had a proper garage have a look at it and it looks like they damaged the discs @ a cost of £441 and also after replacing the front bits; it looks like we should have got it tracked, as the tyre is now illegal Cost £162The one thing, that they say a lot of, ''is leave it with us;'' now I know why, as it is trial and error at your expenseThere is loads more than the above, but you must think I am a mug at this stage for going back; but they were really nice and friendly and would have gone to trading standards, but could not be botheredThey are great for changing bulbs, windscreen wipers; But use a garage for anythink else.I feel Sorry for Dec; as this could have cost him and has, because, we would not go back.

Absolutely F#@king horrendous. Went for an oil change and car came back with an oil leak! Took the vehicle back for them to tell us that we needed a new sump! Needless to say we took the car elsewhere to find that the sump threads had been damaged during the oil change, or should I say sabotage! Avoid this garage at all costs. Absolute bunch of cowboys and scam artists. DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT use this garage if you value your car and the safety of yourself and loved ones!!! Always been good experience until today. The job I needed doing was only a cheap fix. I was given an excuse why it couldn’t be done. On further inspection it’s clear to see I was lied to. The job needed obviously didn’t pay them enough. I won’t be using again for anything. No longer have any trust in anything they say. Would rather pay more somewhere else

I have been trying for a week to get my van fixed. Nobody works after 5pm or after 1pm on Saturdays which are my hours of work. My pal recommended Birmingham Auto Parts, they fitted me in on a Sunday, not only that, only took 2 hours, and for £67 ALL UNHEARD OF FOR A SUNDAY. Today Sunday the 9th October 2022, they fixed my back D bushes on the Caddy, and fitted a new battery, all for £120
