Morrisons Daily

This store has very good staff who are very helpful. My main criticism is of the chilled food area where I used to purchase food on a daily basis BUT since a large part of the chilled section has been turned off I've had to find the same food somewhere else:( that said, I have found the same food elsewhere AND much better priced:) SO no more going back to Morrisons Daily. Lastly, some big companies think that they are far toooooo big to fail. Sadly the wonderful staff at these stores have to put up with angry impatient customers while their bosses are still highly paid despite the fact that while these large chillers aren't filled with food:( how much revenue is being lost and if any customers have like me found an alternative to Morrisons Daily it maybe just a matter of time before these stores closes for good due to mismanagement. The post office ladies are all so lovely and very friendly ...always say hello and greets you with a smile! Well done ladies xx

Use this shop on a regular basis. I love how it's open at 6am to 10pm every day and staff are very friendly and helpful

Placed order through ubereats that didn't go smoothly at all due to uber's system not mccolls. Couldn't get any support from uber but this store took it on themselves to rectify the issue. Thank you and well done to the manager and the staff. Excellent customer service and care.

So I walked in to the shop (wearing a mask ) didn't realise there was a queue outside as the 3 ladies were stood together talking without masks, I was told rather rudely to wait outside so I apologised and went to stand outside where he came out twice to tell not ask me to stand in a particular place, there was no reason to move me a metres distance away there was no one near me ,then when another member of staff told me I could go in he was not happy about that either,for someone who suffers from anxiety this was extremely difficult and I will not be shopping there again, shame because all the other members of staff are lovely

Morrisons have taken over now, so it's a bit better. Some" of their products don't taste cheap. Some nice new Bakery items

Best service in the world. I have worked in hospitality for 15 years and the service i received by everyone on 15/08/22 was mind blowing. I needed help carrying boxes to the post office and the staff helped me. My packages were to big but the lovely lady at the post office helped me. Best service in the world

I live near the shop in question and It was always the place to go when I needed something on my way home from work in the morning breakfast foods / drinks but since the manager has changed thing have taken a turn for the worse hot food isn't even out for purchase the fridges rarely seemed to be stockedup and sadly don't get the same feel in store anymore from the staff

Is a nice quiet shop, well maintained, clean and tidy with covid measures in place. Has a post office at the back of the store and all customer services are fantastic.
