Culverden Vets

Unfortunately we trusted the crowborough Vets with an eye operation on our young Dog. The operation wasn’t done as agreed. No sorry was ever given in toms own words he said ( sometimes I just get it wrong, we’re just put her through another operation if needed ) ! We explained it’s not good to keep putting Bulldogs under generals but again Tom was just rude and uncaring and quite frankly very unprofessional. On investigation we found another vet at the same practice had disagreed that our dog even needed the said operation stating in his own words that the condition was ( V MiLd ) but he refused to comment on his findings stating we were attempting to stir up trouble between colleague’s ! No we were just trying to ask for a professional response to his own findings! We took our dogs to another vet. On examination we were also told the condition is something else I don’t believe this operation was even needed but there was a nice payment opportunity from the insurance company. ( and as I’ve said the possibility of another one had I left my dog in their care ! ) I’ve had dogs over 25 years and this is the first practice I’ve ever had to take dogs away from.My advice if these guys tell you your dog requires an operation and they know the Dogs insured please get an outside second opinion.

My partner took in my cat recently for a dematting, we recently moved from the tunbridge wells branch as we moved to Crowborough. They couldn't be more nice and caring. They talked my partner through everything and even about our concerns about her fur. They did a lovely job. And couldn't be happier.

The vet saw my cat. He was prompt, appointment wise, and thorough with the examination. He gave me a demonstration of how to apply the drops and clean the ears, which was most useful. They are all very caring and approachable.

Thank you to Philip and the team who came to our rescue and made a very difficult snd upsetting day bearable. You were all extremely kind and compassionate and I can’t thank you enough .

The reception staff are lovely and super efficient. I was collecting some medication on behalf of someone else's dog, they couldn't have been more helpful.

Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Amazing compassionate staff. They listen, have empathy and when having Brick put to sleep I felt so supported. I couldnt go into the same room on further visits with Molly so they change rooms for us. They are honest and answer all your questions exactly what you need when, not only making hard decisions, but also wanting more information when having to give your furbabies any sort of drug. Thank you everyone for being so understanding. I lost one of my best friends a couple of weeks ago and you have shown so much support.Love Kay and Molly Moo
