Who wouldn't want NJT to carry out a repair or installation of an appliance?The service is gold standard.Nick came out to my washing machine which wasn't emptying.He told me the problem and cost to repair, which, may I add, was very reasonable.He came back today, with a son, he should be very proud of and fixed it and let me add, not an easy job in a very confined space.He checked everything before he put the machine back together, to ensure, there was no immediate problem on the horizon.Thank you both, for putting me at ease, being very understanding, professional and excellent at what you do.I would recommend your company, all day everyday.

Nick and Jude supplied and fitted a new fridge freezer today.Nick arranged for Steve Bagshaw and one more Steve to make some alterations to my units to accommodate this new appliance.All work was done to a high standard.The price was very reasonable and all old appliances were taken away. A great integrated service.Without any hesitation I would thoroughly recommend.

Nick was brilliant my oven went wrong . Had a new element fitted very prompt and quick same day service. Very pleasant went above and beyond great service. Will be definitely using him again for all my domestic appliances. Thank you so much.

I was impressed with the excellent and prompt service provided by Nick and Jude of NJT appliances. They left our kitchen clean and tidy, and were both friendly, polite and unobtrusive in the house. Our oven had two elements that needed replacing. This was done efficiently and effectively. Our age old washing machine had the spin function restored thanks to Nick, but was subsequently replaced by a much more user friendly Bosch machine at our request. The packaging and the old machine were removed by NJT.I will have no hesitation in using them again if I have any further problems with domestic appliances.

Excellent service. Nick adjusted his schedule to accommodate a last minute commitment on my side. Circuit board was kaput on my CDA induction hob, and he gave me a great deal on a new Bosch (which I should have got in the first place!) which he had in the van. Quixkly in and working, threw in a quick fix on a wonky dishwasher door for good measure, and all’s well that ends well. HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent service, Nick gave a time slot for both occasions he had to come to my home and was on time for both. Washing machine fitted, great price, old one collected. Probably one of the best home service experiences I have had
