Lovely staff. Had us booked in on a quiet time as my oldest boy is autistic. The staff was very patient and considerate which put our boy at ease. Not cheap,but worth it for the great service.

visited a very deserted Bangor high street yesterday but was happy to see Clarkes open.popped in to check out a pair of £100 new in trainers I saw in the window.the second level of the shop had maybe 2 staff with lots of children being fitted.there was a member of staff in the window at the front putting a poster in the window..she totally ignored us , despite hanging around in clear view we were not acknowledges and eventually we gave up and left.what awful service for an already dying high street.

Although the person who served us was very helpful, another older lady who worked there was extremely rude. As it was busy, she actually told (and even shooed) my two older daughters out of the shop. I have bought school shoes here for all my children over the last 15years or so but thanks to her unnecessary attitude and rude treatment of two young women, I will be visiting another branch. Sometimes, it's how well you handle 'busy' that speaks volumes about customer service. I intend to contact Clarks head office with regards to this too. Extremely poor.

Visited their store in Bangor north wales the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. They were all a credit to the company good old fashioned service with a smile.I can't praise them enough

Good smart shop and friendly staff, excellent for finding out the little ones shoe sizes and getting a pair of shoes that will last, but can get very busy at times for the size of it. A lot of their kids stock tends to be very girly pink, open and glittery for girls with limited real footwear for running, jumping climbing trees though.

Super friendly staff my daughter was very happy with her new shoes she didn't even notice the covid shields etc because it was all so friendly.I like the booking in advance and limited customers in the shop feels less hectic.

Lovely boots, but a shame they didn't have them in the colour I wanted. Good ordering in service though, with free delivery. Staff were very helpful.
