We have been using SMS motors for over 10 years and have always had exceptional service. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and their prices are more than reasonable. They are able to service any make of car and are able to find those mysterious faults that main dealers seem incapable of. Over the years we have taken Fords, Mazdas, Fiats, Volvos and Jaguars to them and have always received fantastic service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had my clutch fitted by John today and he arrived at my house at the time he said, it took a couple of hours then brought my car back. It was so easy and reliable and so much more affordable than where I got quoted elsewhere. Having 2 small children this made my life so much easier and less stressful then having to arrange someone to get me to a garage and back. I only booked a couple of days before the date which was great for me as I’m so last minute with these sort of things!So thank you so much for your service I’ll definitely book back again when needed.

Used SMS for an MOT and Full Service via Click Mechanic. The car was collected on time and the works completed. Extra work which was needed was communicated to me at all times which required my approval before any works were carried out. Afterwards the car was delivered to me as arranged. Good communication throughout from Jon and his team and over a short journey so far no issues with the car. On this basis I would recommend SMS and would not hesitate to use myself again. A very good door to door service.

Our S2000 seemed to be making an odd noise at the start of a road trip and so we rerouted to SMS for some emergency troubleshooting help. They saw us promptly, took a thorough look, found no major issues and were incredibly kind and honest about it! Highly recommend and we will be back in due course.
