Georgie Kay Yoga & Wellness

Georgie is a wonderfully sensitive and calm teacher and her approach of moving from one yoga pose into the next seamlessly makes the yoga really enjoyable. I really like the way she allows you to measure how your body responds to the poses over time by repeating certain movements each class.

I was slightly nervous getting back into yoga but I had no need to be. Georgie is so friendly, helpful and understanding. Thoroughly professional, Georgie offers a really enjoyable class and great shavasana!

I was apprehensive of starting yoga again as it had been such a long time, but Georgie’s personal approach and focused attention to each of us in class set me at ease and now I am always looking forward to the next class! I’ve had several teachers over the years, but none as personable as Georgie Kay! Always willing to go the extra mile to guide and advise! Can’t recommend enough!

A brilliant teacher. Very knowledgable about the body and mindful of the different levels of student she teaches. Brilliant and unique flows which are the highlight of my week! 10/10
