I recently instructed Jak Drones Ltd to conduct a roof, guttering and soffit inspection to a property I am hoping to purchase in Cornwall. I was provided with high quality drone images and videos detailing all the areas of concern. I was then able to use this information to renegotiate the previously agreed asking price and also obtain a comprehensive quote from a local roofing company to carry out the necessary repairs. I feel Jak Drones were very competitive with their pricing and thorough with the survey and would highly recommend them. I will certainly be using them again in the future.
