David Connor Hypnotherapy

I have attended hypnotherapy with David for quite a few months now. I have found the therapy to be hugely helpful in all areas within my life, from building self-esteem and confidence, while it helped me to retrain my brain in resolving life's ongoing challenges. I have also found added benefits in areas such as emotional eating, personal goal setting as it helps to inspire self-motivation. David possesses a really lovely, friendly manner and throughout the course of my therapy I continued to gain an easy understanding of how our brains work and how the therapy benefits our brains. I am very grateful to have found such an excellent therapy as part of my toolkit which has now become an integral part of my life.
